You’ll start off strolling around the ELEGANT streets of CANOVAS, feeling its great vibe, getting to know its history and seeing how this NEIGHBORHOOD has changed over the years.

The first stop on this tour is at one the most emblematic bars for aperitif in the city! Here you’ll learn about the best Spanish aperitif, made from old family recipes and paired with delicious artisanal sheep’s cheese.

A walk around the attractive streets will take you to the main fallas shop, where you will learn all about this fascinating Valencian tradition, its art and its origin.
